Outside Sales Executives

We are looking for motivated individuals to develop relationships with Consulting Engineers and Mechanical Contractors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to become their valued partner for their HVAC Equipment needs
  • Work with customers to determine the best equipment solution for their projects
  • Provide educational seminars and presentations to customers
  • Have a thorough understanding of the equipment represented.  This includes application, design, estimating, submitting, ordering and troubleshooting
  • Design and select equipment solutions
  • Compose scopes and proposals
  • Negotiate equipment sales
  • Provide detailed technical submittals for approval
  • Assist with project turnover for equipment release
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project timeline
  • Be able to troubleshoot and determine solutions with equipment issues

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or 3-years+ experience in the HVAC Industry applying mechanical equipment
  • Ability to make decisions and provide detailed equipment solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Project Manager

The project manager works with the outside sales staff on equipment coordination and preparation for release to production.  They act as a liaison between our customer and the manufacturer to ensure equipment release and project objectives are accomplished within the required timeframe.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review of submittal documentation with outside sales staff to ensure proper project handoff
  • Work with customer to understand project timeline
  • Set up a project in internal project management and accounting system
  • Prepare  equipment orders and release for manufacturing utilizing manufacturers order tools
  • Review manufacturers order acknowledgments for accuracy
  • Coordinate delivery details with customers
  • Prepare and update project status reports
  • Communicate with the customer throughout the process
  • Communicate with accounting department to ensure accuracy and timeliness of equipment billing
  • Preparation of Installation and Operation Manuals for customers
  • Coordinate start-up requirements with the customer and internal technical service group
  • Process warranty items as required

Required Qualifications
