Inside Sales / Project Manager

Engineered Products is a Manufacturer’s Representative Firm that provides quality equipment and innovative solutions for the HVAC market.

The inside sales / project manager works with the outside sales staff on equipment coordination and preparation for release to production.  They act as a liaison between our customer and the manufacturer to ensure equipment release and project objectives are accomplished within the required timeframe.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review of submittal documentation with outside sales staff to ensure proper project handoff
  • Work with customer to understand project timeline
  • Set up a project in internal project management and accounting system
  • Prepare  equipment orders and release for manufacturing utilizing manufacturers order tools
  • Review manufacturers order acknowledgments for accuracy
  • Coordinate delivery details with customers
  • Prepare and update project status reports
  • Communicate with the customer throughout the process
  • Communicate with accounting department to ensure accuracy and timeliness of equipment billing
  • Preparation of Installation and Operation Manuals for customers
  • Coordinate start-up requirements with the customer and internal technical service group
  • Process warranty items as required
